There are several possible login problems.
1. Clear your local browser cookies files before authorization. You can do it by this link which can clear all your cookies associated with Vakarta (you will be logged out if you are authorized):
CLEAR Vakarta Cookies.
2. Clear the cache. The cache is the working files of sites saved by the browser. Failures may occur, for example, when updating a browser with an old cache or if some devices cache data excessively. So, clear the cache:
Browser settings > History > Clear data > Clear the cache.
If your vakarta works as an app – you can go to your smartphone's App Settings, select vakarta and clear all data.
3. If these options don't work, try logging in via a different browser. We recommend proven browsers such as Chrome or Safari, Mozilla, Edge, Opera. You can also try logging in from your computer.
4. If you are not sure about the correct username and password, the system can generate a new password for you:
